The Kiambu County Aquatics Association (KCAA) brought the curtain down on an exciting 2025–2026 Swimming League season with a glamorous Awards Gala held at Elysian Resort, Runda, where the county’s top swimmers, coaches, clubs, technical officials, and partners were recognized for their outstanding achievements.
The evening celebrated a season of remarkable performances, growing participation, and the continued rise of competitive swimming in Kiambu County.
Orca Swimming Club Defends League Title
After a season-long battle that featured clubs from across the county, Orca Swimming Club emerged as the overall champions of the 2025–2026 KCAA Swimming League, successfully defending their title through consistent performances across the league calendar.
Led by Coach Sila Kennedy, Orca Swimming Club once again demonstrated why they remain one of Kenya’s premier swimming clubs, producing outstanding performances across multiple age groups and accumulating the highest number of league points.
Aqua Shark Fin and Snook Complete the Podium
The battle for the top three positions remained competitive throughout the season.
Aqua Shark Fin Swim Club, under the leadership of Coach Peter, finished in second place, reflecting the club’s steady growth and impressive performances during the league.
Snook Swimming Club, led by Coach Frank, secured third place, completing the podium after another successful season that showcased the club’s commitment to athlete development and competitive excellence.
The three clubs set a high standard throughout the season and played a major role in making the 2025–2026 league one of the most competitive in KCAA history.
Genesis Sports Limited Doubles League Sponsorship
One of the evening’s biggest highlights came with a major announcement from Genesis Sports Limited, the league’s title sponsor.
The company confirmed that it will double its sponsorship from KSh 100,000 to KSh 200,000 for the 2026–2027 Kiambu Aquatics Swimming League.
The increased investment reflects Genesis Sports Limited’s confidence in the growth of swimming within Kiambu County and its commitment to supporting athlete development, club competition, and grassroots aquatics.
The enhanced sponsorship is expected to further motivate clubs and swimmers while strengthening one of Kenya’s fastest-growing swimming leagues.
Building a Stronger Swimming Community
The Kiambu Aquatics Swimming League continues to provide an important platform for swimmers of all ages to compete regularly, improve performance, and prepare for national and international competitions.

KCAA Registration for 2026–2027 Season Now Open
As preparations begin for the 2026–2027 swimming season, registration for clubs wishing to affiliate with Kiambu County Aquatics Association is now ongoing.
The KCAA League Table comprises clubs officially affiliated with the association, providing registered teams with opportunities to participate in league championships, accumulate points, compete for prestigious awards, and contribute to the continued growth of competitive swimming.
