Eligibility and Participation
This forum is strictly open to:
- All teams that have participated in KCAA swimming events during the current season
- Teams officially affiliated or registered with Kiambu County Aquatics Association (KCAA) for the 2025–2026 season
The event is designed specifically for active members of the swimming community to ensure that discussions remain relevant, focused, and impactful to the ongoing development of aquatics sports in the region.
Pass Allocation Policy
To ensure effective representation and manage attendance:
- Each registered team will be allocated a maximum of two (2) passes only
This limitation is intended to maintain order, encourage meaningful participation, and ensure all clubs are fairly represented during discussions. Teams are advised to carefully select their representatives, ideally including a head coach and one senior team official or assistant coach.
