The Kiambu County swimming community is celebrating a significant achievement as Veronicah Wambui has been appointed Assistant Coach for the upcoming African Junior Swimming Championship in Cairo, Egypt, scheduled for April 30th to May 3rd, 2025.

Veronicah Wambui is a highly respected figure in Kenya’s swimming circles. She currently serves as the Assistant Treasurer of Kiambu County Aquatics and is a Level 3 ASCA-certified swimming coach with over 13 years of coaching experience. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping young swimmers at SABIS International School, Runda, where she is a dedicated coach.
Her appointment as Assistant Coach for Team Kenya is a testament to her commitment, experience, and impact in developing competitive swimmers in the country.
